NN200-NN315 High Elastic Recovery Dipped NN Fabric | Excellent Flex Resistance Ensures Long-Term Stable Conveyor Belt Operation
Dipped NN fabric is based on nylon 66 industrial yarn, leveraging the unique low modulus and high elastic recovery characteristics of nylon fibers. When conveyor belts repeatedly pass through idler sets, pulleys, and curved paths, NN fabric demonstrates exceptional flex resistance and fatigue endurance. Compared to polyester-based reinforcement materials, NN fabric features lower initial modulus and higher elongation at break, allowing it to better accommodate instantaneous stress variations during start-up, braking, and overload conditions, effectively preventing brittle fracture of the reinforcement layer.
During the dipping process, precisely controlled impregnation formulations and heat-setting processes ensure uniform penetration of the dipping solution into the fiber bundles, creating a flexible yet highly adhesive interface layer. This structural characteristic allows NN fabric to maintain excellent flexibility while still providing reliable adhesion strength and delamination resistance. Furthermore, NN fabric possesses inherent advantages in withstanding dynamic flexing and flex fatigue, making it particularly suitable for conveyor belt systems that require frequent start-stop operations, curved travel paths, or exposure to cyclic bending stresses. Typical applications include port handling conveyor belts, mobile crushing station companion belts, and complex conveying routes requiring obstacle navigation.
