Dipped NN fabric is made from 100% nylon 66 industrial yarn in both warp and weft directions, offering high strength and high toughness in both orientations. The high density of amide bonds in the nylon 66 molecular structure, combined with excellent crystallinity and orientation, gives the fabric outstanding flex fatigue resistance and impact toughness. During conveyor belt operation, NN fabric effectively absorbs impact energy from materials and resists repeated bending stress from idlers, significantly extending belt service life under demanding conditions.
Through advanced dipping and heat-setting processes, a strong bonding interface is formed between the nylon 66 fibers and the rubber matrix, ensuring reliable and stable peel strength that effectively prevents delamination between the reinforcement layer and rubber during operation. Additionally, NN fabric exhibits excellent elastic recovery, maintaining dimensional stability under long-term dynamic loads with controlled belt elongation, reducing the need for frequent tensioning maintenance.
