Dipped EP fabric is engineered with polyester fibers in the warp
direction and nylon 66 fibers in the weft direction. Through scientific
weaving and precision dipping processes, it perfectly combines the high
modulus and low shrinkage characteristics of polyester with the
excellent fatigue resistance and impact resistance of nylon. As the core
reinforcement layer of conveyor belts, this product maintains
outstanding dimensional stability under long-term dynamic loads,
effectively preventing belt elongation and misalignment during
operation, significantly extending service life and operational
