SOFT RUBBER ARAMID CORD
High Strength & Low Density
Aramid
fiber offers tensile strength 5-6 times that of steel, while weighing
only about 1/5 of steel, enabling lightweight reinforcement.
High Modulus & Low Elongation
Extremely
high elastic modulus ensures minimal deformation under load, providing
excellent dimensional stability for rubber products.
High Temperature Resistance
Long-term
operating temperature ranges from 160°C to 200°C, with good resistance
to transient high temperatures, suitable for high-temperature rubber
applications.
Excellent Adhesion to Rubber
After
RFL (Resorcinol-Formaldehyde-Latex) dipping treatment, the cord forms a
strong chemical bond with various rubbers such as CR, NR, and NBR,
ensuring no delamination.
Outstanding Fatigue & Impact Resistance
Excellent dynamic fatigue resistance and impact strength extend the service life of rubber products.
Good Chemical Resistance
Resistant to acids, alkalis, organic solvents, and other harsh chemicals, making it suitable for demanding environments.
